Prior to joining AFC Food Group Inc., Mike spent over 25 years as President of a venture capital firm and in executive positions with Canada’s largest retailer. With a deep understanding of store operations and consumer purchasing behaviour, Mike is responsible for building the AFC business with our retail, food service and contract manufacturing partners.
Doug joined AFC recently to lead the continuous improvement of the operations to support business growth. With over 20 years of food industry experience, Doug has held senior operations positions with some of Canada's leading bakery and meat companies. Doug has a background in science and engineering and brings a broad base of experience in quality assurance, research and development, engineering, production and logistics.
With over 30 years in the food business as owner/operator of pasta and food processing plant and retail stores, Frank adds great depth to AFC’s meal solutions operations. The plant has the latest in food production technology, with production lines designed for maximum flexibility. The combination of experience and technology enables Frank to supply our customers with a wide range of innovative meal solutions that are also cost effective.
Dino has more than 30 years in the bakery industry in senior plant management and product development roles. As a café retailer he has experience as director of operations, and as an entrepreneur as owner of a cake company. He draws on this experience to deliver our customers a wide range of café quality bakery products for both the foodservice and retail channels.
